Green Street Restaurant is where Pasadenans go to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and it's been a Pasadena tradition since 1979. It is centrally located just off South Lake Avenue and is within walking distance of hotels, the convention center, the Pasadena Playhouse and popular shopping areas. Green Street has an eclectic menu featuring savory salads (the ever popular and addicting Dianne Salad is ordered over 2,000 times per week), tasty meats, fresh fish and creative sandwiches served on wonderful breads. Guests enjoy a full bar and interesting wines by the glass on a beautiful patio or in the airy interior. Take-out and full catering services are also available.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Nice relaxing patio in the front of the restaurant. Great salads, sandwiches, and dinners. Chicken Diane salad always my favorite. Zucchini bread is a must try as well as must take some home. The best you'll ever eat. Paid parking structure. Full bar with custom cocktails ... great wines and beers. Great place to meet others nice bar area.

I took my daughter here for breakfast today - it was her idea to try it. How did I not find this place sooner ?She got a scrambled egg plate with apple bacon sausage and toasty hash browns with diced peppers and scallions. I got the regular french toast made with brioche bread dipped in a cinnamon batter - sooo good !I couldn't decide between the regular french toast or the caramel pecan version at first - I'll try caramel pecan next time - it comes served with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.You can find this restaurant nestled on Shoppers Lane in a little hamlet of other eateries right across the way from the shopping center. If you like a good cup of plain coffee, you'll enjoy their rich, smooth and full flavored 'cup of Jones' ;)

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a marvelous evening and the venue was indeed one of the reasons for this happy celebration. The crew contributed in a sweet manner, the cuisine was extremely good and my buddies were so thrilled. We shall absolutely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

This is a lovely place to spend some romantic time with your partner or just enjoy the company of your friends. The place is elegant and it looks very modern. I had a great time here. The steak and the smashed potatoes were amazing!

Green Street restaurant has a good breakfast selection, and the restaurant was very quiet in the early morning. The portions are really big, and come with zucchini bread, potatoes, or toast. Kaylee was a great server!

I'd give it 4.5 stars (I almost never give 5). Everything was done well here. Highly recommend giving it a try for breakfast. Make sure you try the jam. Sensational.

I've been coming to the Green Street since it used to be on Green Street. I understand that it's been sold recently and has a new owner. The service was really lovely and the food is still good. My memories may be interfering with my experience, but it just felt not quite the same as. I still will continue to go the Green Street until something more definitive changes my mind.

It's a Spacey restaurant with ample indoors and outdoors seating. The food is good size in portion. It taste bland, not well seasoned and I was ok with it just for the price. The servers were attentive but also overwhelmed since they had big parties to serve. There are paid parking lots available and also a parking structure that's above the parking lot that I believe take tokens. If you're cheap there are 2 hour street parking available down the street.

Famous for the Diane salad and zucchini bread, they also have a great selection of salads, sandwiches and plates. The portions are pretty generous and the service is usually really good. Always crowded for weekend brunch, so be sure to make a reservation.

If you haven't been to Green Street restaurant you are missing out. Service is amazing. Drinks and food are fabulous. No matter what time of day or year, unless your craving something specific there is always something new and delicious to try. Oh and don't forget to take some zucchini bread home. Everyone does. Good food, waiter was just ok, took a while to get our drinks then the potato chips and appetizers to have with the drinks took even longer. Then our plates were plopped down on the table and we didn't see him again for a while.

The Diane salad is the stuff of legends and it goes perfectly witht the zucchini bread. That zucchini bread is the best ever, hands down. They also have sandwiches and burgers which are also pretty good. Strawberry lemonade is on point as well. Highly recommend this place.

Green Street is the best place to meet someone for a business meeting. The service is great, the food is good and parking is never an issue. Green Street also has a very nice outside deck. Lunch and dinner is also excellent.

Friends have told us to come for brunch, but we came for dinner. We got the calamari for an appetizer - phenomenal. For dinner, I got the Hanger Steak - cooked perfectly, great seasoning, the pepper definitely adds some heat to it. I got the baked potato as a side, which was good too! My boyfriend got the porkchop with mac & cheese. He loved it, but did say he wished he'd gotten the potato! ;)

They have pretty good salads here, that are large. Would reccomend ordering the lunch size. Their zucchini bread here is pretty delicious and comes with every meal! Although if you want to take it home, its $7.50 per loaf.

Quite restaurant tucked away from the crazy that is downtown Pasadena. Really good comfort food with since healthy options asks very reasonably priced for socal. It's easy to miss, being on a kind of alley. They have a lavender gin fizz on the menu that is to die for! I recommend the breakfast quesadillas. My favourite so far!

Love the Green Street Restaurant! Salad Dianne and is so yummy. Great quaint restaurant in downtown Pasadena. Around the holidays I love to purchase their dressing and zucchini bread and give them away has little token gifts. If you haven't tried this place it's worth making the effort to get there!

We came to Green Street with the recommendation of my colleague. Diane Salad is the signature salad here so I unhesitatingly ordered Diane Salad, my husband ordered a Chicken Pasta. Both were very tasty . I went for a full size Diane Salad but when it came out it seems to be too big of a portion, so I'd recommend one goes for half- size unless you'd like to share the dish. Great interior design

I have loved Green Street for over 30 years. They have yummy breakfasts, plus the signature Dianne salad is my go to luncheon item. You cannot go wrong, and the wait staff is amazing.

Family & friends love the food & atmosphere here. We traditionally celebrate birthdays here. Friendly & helpful staff. Food is always good. You can always eat outside year round esp with the heat lamps outdoors. Bar is there with various alcohol beverages being served.

They have really good salads full of healthy and delicious ingredients. Of course, the side of amazing zucchini bread makes the meal. They also have a nice outdoor patio area. Their only downside is that they don't allow dogs.

Tucked away in the middle of a small street with parking structure above, this great little restaurant has a patio area and nice indoor space. They fed 15 of us efficiently and attentively. Various healthy and tasty lunch choices at reasonable prices... and hey, you're in Pasadena!
